This Is How I Roll, is impulsively driven by notions of childhood, the obsessive process,, material-based play and love for colour; I create collections of textural abstractions and sculptural form, with which i manipulate into rich illusive imagery. Combining abstraction playfully with painterly forms my practice plays on the relationship between the attractive and the repulsive and thrives on ideas of desire and consumption. Four bright images, a large projection and bowls of candy, invite the viewer to take? or not to take?
